What is the delivery time?

A SADDAL is handmade to order, therefore delivery time varies from 4 days to 10 business days. If you are in a hurry, order quickly and send us an email as well.

How can I pay?

At this time we offer PayPal (which includes Mastercard, VISA, and in selected countries other methods of payment) and a bank transfer prior to production.

 
How do I know what size I have?

How does your returns policy work?

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund. If you have questions about our return procedure, please do not hesitate to contact us.

To return your purchase to SADDAL, call +31206916682 to speak with our diamond and jewellery consultant. You will receive  detailed instructions for returning your order. Important considerations:
  • Return all the original packaging. You may be liable for the replacement cost of the packaging and collateral material. For example, the diamond certificate is unique and carries a EUR 125 replacement fee.
  • Address your package. You will receive the address of a special destination for returns. For security reasons, do not write SADDAL anywhere on the outside of the box.
  • Call before returning items. Any unauthorised, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that have been damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear, altered, resized (by a jeweller other than SADDAL), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

 
Is engraving available?
SADDAL is pleased to offer laser engraving for the inside of rings. This is available at a premium price:
EUR € 35 for up to 20 characters. Please mention that you want to have your ring engraved on the Checkout page and we'll contact you for details!

Please allow an additional 3 days for delivery of machine engraved items.
 
Is there VAT charged on-line?

VAT is charged at 21% and is included in the retail price. For outside the European Union, we will take care of the import duties and Taxes with the port authorities. We are not able to handle VAT exempt sales over the web, please call  +31206916682 for any further inquiries.
